Imagine – John Lennon

In 1971, English rock musician John Lennon released an album of the same name with “Imagine” as the lead single.
It became the best-selling song of John’s solo career.
This single makes us imagine a world without material borders, without divisions between nations and religions. Before his death, Lennon admitted that a huge part of his lyrics were written by his wife, in particular the lyrics of Imagine. Since 2017, the process of recognising Yoko as a co-writer of John’s songs has begun.
